Child Safety Standards

Swaylo is an AI website builder that lets people create and publish websites. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes the standards we apply and how anyone can report a concern.

Our commitment

• We prohibit any content, behaviour, or account that sexually exploits or endangers children. This is a permanent, non-negotiable rule in our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
• We prohibit CSAM of any kind, the sexualisation of minors, grooming, and any attempt to use Swaylo to create, host, or distribute such material.

How we prevent and detect CSAE

• Automated moderation at upload. Every image a user uploads is checked by an automated safety classifier before it is stored or published. Content identified as CSAM or sexual content involving minors is blocked and never published.
• Known-CSAM hash scanning. Images served through our infrastructure are scanned against known-CSAM hash lists.
• Account enforcement. Accounts that violate these standards are banned, and their content is removed.

How we respond to CSAE

When we detect or receive a credible report of CSAE, we:

1. Remove the content and ban the responsible account.
2. Report to the relevant authorities, including the NCMEC CyberTipline and India's National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.
3. Preserve relevant records as required by law.
